Lehau honey is a monofloral honey, meaning the bees producing it primarily visit just one plant. In this case it is the Ohia Lehua tree blossoms. Native to Hawaii, the Lehua blossom produces a white, smoothly crystallized honey. Perfect for sweetening beverages, cooking or simply scooping directly out of the jar. A favorite of tea drinkers because it doesn't overwhelm the taste of the tea.
Home of healthy 100% pure raw Puna Bear Honey, Jimmy Mac Farms is located in the lush Puna district of Hawaii Island. Here 45 pesticide free hives are working to gather the most delicious tropical honey for you. Several macadamia nut orchards surrounding our farm, and also miles of pristine Hawaiian forest, are available for the bees to forage in. Our honey is minimally filtered to preserve the beneficial enzymes, pollen, propolis, vitamins, and minerals in raw honey.
